In the meantime, you whip out your weiner and with a bottle of Jergins or otherwise and enjoy yourself.

I can see it being fun, but I'd rather have some body to body contact.

In a massage context, there are some massage therapists that do not perform a "happy ending" who will instead allow you to DIY. She may or may not be willing to remain in the room.
