All you have to do is search your area on the site and you should get a list of providers using that site. (I think you can do that without being a paid member, at least on DC) I don't know about others because I use DC. If there aren't any that interest you on that site, try another one.
You can also look at the websites of providers that interest you to see if they mention one of the verification sites.

Just depends on which is popular in your area. Just remember the real value in either one is after you get provider references attached to your profile with either site. When you first join all that means to a provider is that your employment is verified, some will still require references.
I checked out both and decided on P411. Excellent technical support (I had a one day turn-around on my employment verification) and many quality providers were listed. Arranged my first date (next week) with a P411 listed provider. Still required a phone call with her to seal the deal, but she told me once I'm upgraded from basic to preferred (at least one O.K. from a provider after a date), arranging future dates with other providers will be easier. So far I'm very happy with the P411 staff.
