I noticed a girl's Ads on CL from March 10th to March 31st, then she removed her Ads and disappeared for 3 days now. Does this mean she already move to another city?
It could mean any number of things other than having moved to another city. If she is well reviewed on TER, it's a good chance she has an ad elsewhere, and she has her calendar pretty much booked. Check the webpage listed in her TER reviews, and see if there is a calendar on it.

It is not unusual for ladies to come and go, and often we never know why, possibly she has enough regular buisness and is trying to minimize her public exposure.
About the phone, I have a tra phone, and I buy the annual service card, the whole set up costs me about $165. and I don't have to worry about buying more time or having my phone deactivated. I get about 800 minutes that way, and that has served me very well, just renew once every year.
