What do you think happens when a provider has several reviews then all of sudden on her p411 profile it says zero reviews listed?

Were they listed on P411 previously? Are the reviews still up on TER (or other review site)?
If so, it could be a glitch or mistake that they are removed. Maybe she edited or updated her profile and didn't realize they were deleted. Could be that she just doesn't want her reviews linked on P411. Could be that she is in the process of removing her reviews from the review site too.
Lots of possibilities. Some might be a red flag, some not so much.
