but it's their choice to CIM or not.  Some do and some don't, never heard anyone really talk about possible dangers of it.   If you search the GD, and this forum for CIM, you might find something, I just don't remember if the subject has been discussed here or not.

all the ladies know of all the risks they are willing to take or not take..they also know what they enjoy and what they do not enjoy..they also have very specific tastes..which seems to be what you are asking here..

several ladies who have CIM on their menus.  One gal who swallows told me she thought
it was safer than spitting.

The ladies told me that they get tested regularly and none has caught a STD from a client.

Being able to search for "spits or swallows" is one reason I pay to be VIP.

re. the risks for both providers and clients.  This is something I find off the charts hot and I think it is worth the very minimal risk.  But all you can do is research and decide what works for you (includes everyone involved).
