Typically, if there is a failure to deliver the email, the server will send you a failure message.

If the email somehow got sent to her spam of junk mail folder there is nothing you can do.  She obviously received you email requesting the meeting so I would suspect she received the cancellation also.

Generally, you need to confirm the appointment a day or two before before to verify things are still as planned.  I don't think you should worry about it.

I notified a visiting provider that I had to cancel our appointment. She received over 10 days notice.

Unless you got a message saying your cancellation message was undelivered for whatever reason, chances are pretty good she got it.  I do think she should have acknowledged your message, but who knows.....

But just do it once.  If she still doesn't respond, then you did your part.

You don't want to come off as a stalker when you mean to come off as being conscientious and respectful of her time.
