Perhaps it would be ok once you've been screened by the lady but I've always played that by ear so to speak, depending on how my communication with her has gone up to that point. and it's OK. Most providers love us to pleasure them, I think they consider it a bonus. I have never been refused, in fact, most are very happy to let us dine at the Y. The gals I have seen have always been very receptive to me going down on them. I enjoy it very much, btw.

You may be able to get away with it if you are slick enough to pull it off, but most women will not give you a laundry list.
If DATY if your thing, then your best bet is to couch it as, "You know, one of the things I enjoy most is pleasuring a woman. I hope you are into that as much as I am."
But it's a sticky situation, and you have to be able to read it well.
