I have been trying to set up a date with some providers, however all the providers are asking for references, I had a date with one female around the summer time, but that was it and I don't even know if she remembers me.  I signed up for P411, thinking if my job is verified it would be easier to get a date, however that didn't turn out according to plan.  

It seems like providers are asking for references, so my question to you is, how do I get provider references if no one is willing to give me a chance?  Please help.

That uses p411 verification. Or simply find one that verifies in other ways such as employment or id.  Everyone is different just be upfront about being new and no references. Just be ready to go the length it takes to make someone feel comfortable.

I only use p411 and TER for finding and screening women I want to see. It makes it much easier for me. The site is more secure than E-mails and provides me access to ad profiles in all major cities with links to TER reviews.

That said, the provider okays do work for the women I want to see. At this point, I’ve been a member for 9 years and have 27 okays, so I have no issues using p411 as my only source of references for a long time. Most well reviewed providers require at least two p411 references to feel safe. If you are new to p411, You should focus on getting 5 provider okays and keeping them with in 1-3 months apart to establish a history. I doubt you will have any issues once you are there.

Focus on Newbie friendly providers until you get 2-3 okays and after those first 2-3, you should get dates with who ever you want moving forward. Even providers have rough starts without reviews. I personally won’t see a provider that doesn’t have a p411 profile or any TER reviews. That’s my only method of screening them! Stay safe and good luck to you

in your area.You should be able to do an advanced search on P411 using newbie friendly.
There are some of us ladies who are newbie friendly who do not ask for references.
But since your account is fairly new on P411 with no okays providers may or may not ask you for additional personal info not references.

My suggestion is to only attempt to book with P 411 providers who list themselves as open to seeing "all members, newbie friendly" and you will find literally hundreds of them in NYC. At least a couple of them will end up seeing you without making you jump through too many hoops, once you have seen another couple of ladies and they have "okayed" you, your scheduling problems should become a thing of the past.

 

I know right now it seems like ALL of them want references, but once you get a handful of Okays you will find that it's actually rare for a P 411 lady to ask you for additional screening over and above perhaps checking out your okays, despite what a very vocal minority of providers on this board will try to make you believe.

Yep the advice is spot on. Use P411. I started with a newbie friendly and got an OK from her. Then I went with a basic + 1 and got an OK. There is a provider I want to see who was adamant she would only see basic +2 and I am there now by just working my way up. And both girls were spectacular BTW.

An age old problem I remember being quite familiar with. I remember one lady I really wanted to see when I first started out but she insisted that I had to have at least two provider references. So I thought gee whiz, you mean I have to go to the effort of finding two providers who will see me without references and then give me a reference just so I can see you? I figured that was a ridiculous requirement and moved on but one day I decided to just give it a shot and email her again to see if she would see me and she replied that yes, she would. Must have really needed the money, as far as I can figure but I ended up not seeing her. She used to be a provider on TER BTW but I think she's in prison now for kidnapping and sex-trafficking.

If you got verified on P411 I think I would just try P411 ladies until I found one to see me and give me an okay. Start at the top of your list and work down. You might even have a better experience than you think.  

One okay will do wonders but still won't get you through the door with a lot of ladies. I have 15 but none of them were less than six months old on one occasion and a lady still wouldn't see me because of that requirement, or at least her booking agent wouldn't.

I don't think it's ridiculous at all.  And years ago when I got started, it was a problem for me. There were some providers I really wanted to see, but they required references.  So I did some of the things that were recommended above, eg looked for newbie friendly providers, got a couple of references, used those to see a well-reviewed provider who became a reference, etc.  Took a little time but was worth it.

One thing I didn't do until later was join P411.  And that's been very helpful, especially in minimizing the requests I need to make for references.  In almost every case my OKs have been accepted without giving references (it's possible some of the providers who OKed me were contacted behind the scenes, unbeknownst to me).

Some ladies, like me, offer employee verification (as written in my most recent review). Mine is totally painless and discrete, and I love meeting newbies  

After you have gone through employee verification, there's a chance that the one reference alone is good enough for more ladies than if you had one reference from someone who didn't verify you through your employment. Of course everyone is different, just another route.

I second that. You will have to go through a more detailed screening process if you don't have references. If you're willing to provide the information asked of you that should establish a level of trust with most newbie friendly providers.
