Did you go into your account manager and check under your reviews?  If your review was denied the reason will be posted in there.  How long ago did you submit it? It may not have been approved yet.

I've had reviews approved in as little as a day and as long as a week. If you submitted the review before Christmas, the review approvers were probably out Christmas shopping so it took a little longer. And the mods have nothing to do with the review process,  so dont'complain to them.

... or has your review simply not appeared yet? You should click the "My TER" tab at the top of the screen, then "My Reviews." That will show the status of the review you posted. If it hasn't been unapproved (that's their word, not mine), be patient, as the others have said. If it has been unapproved, click on the review and read the editor's comments at the top. That will tell you "what gives."

I, too, have a pending review and checked as you suggested but there's nothing there that tells me the status of the review.  What am I missing?

If it says "new" that means that no one has looked at it yet. "Approved" means it has been posted, and "unapproved" means there's something they want you change in some way.

Go to MyTER.
On that page, below "My TER" it says "My Quick Links"
Below that, the first item is "My Reviews"

I think there are only three status descriptions (New, Unapproved, Approved) but there should be four or five to make it more clear:

1. New - in the queue, no one has looked at it yet. Or maybe it's been looked at (PENDING) but no decision yet. You can still Edit and resubmit to fix mistakes or add info.

2. Unapproved (PENDING approval; not YET approved or rejected) - it is being considered without a final decision yet. You can still Edit and resubmit (after getting feedback from the reviewers if you care to inquire: see below).

3. Approved - approved and posted - Edit button changes to View button.

4. Unapproved - completely REJECTED. The Edit button has changed to a View button.

This is from the top of one of my Unapproveds:

View My Review of XXXXXXXXX
review information
status
Unapproved
Reason
Please contact our Support team if you wish to discuss the reason your review was denied. Click here to send in a feedback.

If you see NOTHING in your list of My Reviews, your submission might have gone astray in the ether, like too many of my submissions. Go back to Square One and start typing again.

Thanks guys, now I get it.  Mine says "New," so it hasn't been read yet.

Even if it has been rejected...  it can be edited & resubmitted.  You may have to fill out the whole form again...  but TER often rejects reviews by first time reviewers of first time providers.
If you review an already reviewed provider & then submitt the new provider, more likely to get approved.  You have 90 days from the meeting to get it submitted.  The biggest problem these days are the provoder must have an internet presence (and you can't use a competitive review site).  You may have to look for a new ad, if the one you used has expired.
Also your board participation affects your TER creditability...

Well, now mine's been rejected but no explanation re why.  I guess I'll PM the moderator.

Did you click the "Edit" button for your review and look at the top? The editor's comments should be there.

If you need to talk to someone at TER, do a feedback report.
