You need to ask if the "quickie" is FS or not. Typically girls who do "quickies" are more prone to be LE,drug addicts and have pimps. Their only concearn is getting the money. Good quality escorts will not do 30min sessions. A quick anything is not fun! I can certainly understand the concern.  But I have seen well reviewed (on TER) providers offering 15 min service in my area (Orlando).  I copied this exactly from one's website:

Am I so busy that I can't do half?  No, not necessarily busy.  Honestly I have never been with a provider and I don't want full service.  I really don't even want a BJ or CBJ.  I just want something quick that does not involve any kind of penetration.  So I was just wondering if that's what they meant by quick service.
