Just getting back into the game after several years.  I have to be very cautious.  If a girl has as a P411 and 30+ TER reviews, now way they are LE right?  I am ready get back in the game.

Nothing is 100%.  Never assume.  Contact a few reviewers to verify the provider is legit.

its still a good idea to look at some of the reviewers to see what kind of review history they have.  Good habit to get into What makes me feel even extra safe is when I see a guy has lots of reviews AND has seen someone I have seen.

nothing is certain.  However, I'd say it's a pretty good bet that she's safe to see.  Go for it!

Although you can never be 100% sure, the chances she is LE is extremely small.

eviews vs No Reviews can really make all the difference these days I see....I totally understand the safety issue..but it sucks  for genuine providers trying to meet New Friends : /.
