Ok, so a provider has two solid pages of stellar reviews on TER and a few on another site.  On her "Cost of Services" on her TER profile, she states 60 minutes  Escort and anal  $$$.  Her last three reviewers all have three reviews each and by PM each has told me that she is wonderful.  For some reason I'm a little paranoid about it.  What does everyone think?

If she has two pages of stellar reviews I don't see what your problem is? Are all the stellar reviews much older than the three most recent reviews? If not just PM a reviewer who has double digit reviews under his belt (or five plus). I think you might be a little too paranoid here.

I'm not understanding your question.  3 reviews for the reviewers is a little light, but you could look back at other reviewers to see that they have more reviews under their belt.  If she has 2 solid pages of good reviews, then she's a reliable provider...  
I don't know if you are interested in Greek...  that usually costs a bit extra.  
You should check her wewb site or current ad for pricing to be sure donations have not changed.  Simple click at the top of her profile.

I know, I know, it's probably just me.  I just got an email saying she's looking forward to our meeting today.  She has two pages of stellar reviews dating back to 4/09.  I'm just a little freaked out because of the "explicit" details in her "cost of services".

"It's probably just me"  Yes it is you. There is some debate on what an escort should list under "services" on her web site. In certain areas, providers are not listing anything, since certain LE entities now consider listing services as a form of solicitation. Her web site might be old or you may be in a city where this is not a problem. Really doesn't matter, with 2 pages of stellar reviews go have a good time!
BTW, every client has a case of the "nerves" the first time. And if the don't admit to it, they're liars.

Some girls are very aggressive and like to talk nasty. If that isn't your style you should let her know so she can be prepared to better suit your needs and comfort level.
