... which is to contact TER, ask to have the review removed, and give your reasons for wanting it removed.  What usually happens now is TER will contact the reviewer and give him a chance to prove he met you, eg send them an email or PM exchange about meeting you.  Also, if you just reported the review, it's now the weekend, and that can slow down the response from TER (I assume they have fewer staff working on weekends).

If you haven't seen any action by Monday, you might follow up with TER and request a status.  

If "messaged the review" was supposed to be "messaged the reviewer", that was a good step also... worth a try.

Too loose or too small

With so many discrepancies, my first thought is that the guy met someone else and mistakenly posted his review of the wrong Provider (you).  Is there anyone else in your area with a similar name or with whom you are sometimes confused? Is there another Kyle out there? Or Kyra?

Like your appearance.   And things about your incall location (hotel name, city, state.)  

Argueing how tight you are is not quantifiable, ever or especially if you are right)    

that her review is fake and she has never seen him...
