Not to call you out but this is what I call a teachable moment. As rentgirl put it, you should always verify and if you are "tutoring" these new girls, it was several common errors you made in giving advice upon entering into the hobby.
1. EROS is no better than CL when it comes to verifying dates. I bet the police answer ads from EROS just as much as CL Only use verified women from date-Check, P411 or Rs2k period
2. Motels should never be an option when hobbying because of what you describe. He was able to easily escape because indiviual rooms are isolated, which lessen safety
3. Never ever have a roomate especially a male, even if they are hiding in the bathroom, it is saying that you are not putting the client best interest first. It is quite frankly, dangerous.
4. I am so glad this was posted because if you use these practice, I am glad I did not book you if this is the way YOU do business, despite some great review from hobbyist I trusts.
5. If anything I said was inaccrate account of what happen please correct me but I hope you take my advice stop advertising on EROS and CL and join a reputable verification service and perhaps I will book you or your friends
