Agency's cut?

Every agency/provider deal is different. I use an agency in the Boston area who get 1/3 and split the hotel room with the lady. I know of others who get up to 50% and actually expect the lady to pay the entire room cost on top of that.

Why do girls choose to use an agency? A good agency (and, to be sure, there are good ones and bad ones) will handle screening, advertising and logistics for you. A good agency with a good reputation among it's customers will drive business to a new girl even if she is unknown in the area.  A lot of girls just want to work for a few days a week and not even think about escorting the rest of the time. A good agency affords you this kind of flexibility.  On the other hand, a good escort will make a lot more money as an independent, especially once she is established, provided she is willing to put in the work involved beyond the time spent seeing clients.

I was just wondering..what percentage of profit does an agency get for each client their provider(s) sees? For instance, if a provider who works for an agency charges the client $300/hr, how much does the agency get out of that $300?

The inquiry just crossed my mind, so I was wondering if anyone had an idea:o)

the agency work out. Sometimes it's 60/40 (provider get the sixty), sometimes it's 40/60, sometimes it's right in the middle. But, then the gal also tips (pays) for driver and phone personnel.

Having always been independent, I didn't have to split my earnings with anyone - except I bore the cost of room, advertising, auto considerations (an SUV is mighty thirsty!), and supplies.

Hope that helps.

wow...yeah that definitely helps! thanx:) So if thats the case, why would the provider want to work with an agency instead of being her own boss? Is it to avoid the amount of work independent providers have to do themselves or is there another benefit to working for an agency?

it's 30-60%, usually 40-60%.

I would suspect that many women start with an agency, get a reputation and then head out on their own.
