Agencies often require you go through their screening regardless of your "references".  Their girls, their rules and all that.  Just check your local board to find out which agencies allow P411, etc and which don't.

As to being #9 on a list, what exactly are you afraid of?  Do you think law enforcement is going to try to come after you for being on a list?  The most they might do is publish the list but that requires them to be willing to be sued by people with the same name, old cel numbers, etc.  Unless you are famous or a local politician they could care less about you unless they actually catch you in the "act".  

They are not going to call your house or contact you unless they have other evidence like your license number or a photo of you if they had the place under surveillance.

Honestly just stick with agencies that have been around for a few years because they are the ones that likely are not doing something stupid like not paying taxes, etc.

I absolutely love my favorite agencies for many reasons...

They screened me with my TER handle date check and preferred411 memberships and did not require personal info

They bring a wide variety of lovely women to the area

The rates are stable and market appropriate

The service quality is pretty consistent. If and when I am unhappy for any reason (which has been very rare) they make it up to me...

I like to see younger women and I've had much greater reliability with agencies than with under 25 Indies

Because you are prescreened and become established with them it is easier to get short term appointments when you find yourself with some free time and in the mood. Booty Call!!

Here are what some consider to be downsides:

popular agency girls in high demand areas will not have flexibility to give you extended time either on or off the clock

they will see numerous clients a day. Some think this a disadvantage - I have never found it to be so. I've seen agency girls at the start of their day and at the end and never felt that I got any less quality or attention....

Many agencies book new hotel arrangements every day so you may have difficulty getting appontments betwen check out and check in times

All in all I love my favorite agencies and the majority of providers I see are agency ladies anymore.
