The reality is that there is no way for certain that you can have any form of sexual intercourse with anyone and be 100% safe from any STD. Even if you do test negative for everything and she does as well, there is no such thing as "True Safe Sex" even outside the business. Short of no sex at all. And just because you take every precaution there is. There is still that chance that you will contract something. It's just the way the odds work out.
But worrying about it won't change anything here. You're taking a risk whether or not you realize it or not. But keep in mind that even a car salesman won't tell you he's screwing you over even if you ask him nicely to be honest. This is why I don't recommend this kind of hobby to married or involves men, unleashed they really don't care about giving something to their partner.
