I treat an agency no differently than I treat an indie in regards to verifying their reliability. I look for reviews on their girls. If I don't find any I don't use the agency. Mind you I may see an non-reviewed lady if she works for an agency with a lot of girls who are reviewed as that lets me know that the agency is credible even though I may be rolling the dice with a newer lady.
