I work in a pharmaceutical lab; there's really no way to easily access it by phone. I still don't know how to call my lab from the outside; It's all interdepartmental extension numbers. I'm sure the person at the end in the company's customer service line isn't going to know who I am. What do I do this situation? P411 has a toll free number you an call. Gina has a pretty good rep for working with guys to verify them. The providers on her site can indicate on their profiles if they are newbie friendly. I'd start there.
