Not all providers subscribe to the "rules" set down by TER, and some don't feel any
qualms about doing what you describe. The only red flag you might infer is that
maybe she is not as discrete as you would like in OTHER ways (?)

If it were after you were screened and in RESPONSE to your specific question as to whether she performed a specific act, then it's not strange at all.  After all, you raised the question.

The chances are rather high that she WILL eventually be busted.
