With respect to tipping, it’s a complete waste of money. I NEVER tip as the price paid to the provider should be enough to cover all her expenses/overhead as well as giving her a necessary profit. And of course, you would be well advised to avoid any provider you hear of that offers it as well as to take leave or any provider who offers it to you.

On the subject of tipping, there is a big variation of opinion on this subject.
