Under the heading "Regional Boards" is a drop down menu. Find your location or the area closest to your location and choose that. That is your local board and you can post ads there, if you travel you can post ads to the locations you will be traveling to.
If you are in porn, you can post an ad on the porn stars board, and transsexuals can post ads on the transsexual board.
