I'm wondering because I see ads with different pictures but the same number posted on a regular basis over a long period of time. Surely LE couldnt get away with that could they? Also can a hobbyist get in trouble for reporting a LE ad?

I am not sure on legalities, but I doubt you can get into trouble calling a LE ad out. Many people back channel that information. If I ever came into that situation I would warn anybody I could. Much of that stuff is on DZ and BL.

What you are describing may very well be B&S.  

Doesn't matter what it is, just stick with well reviewed gals and there will be no problem.

Why bother with something you can't feel safe about? You can report an ad for being suspicious all day long, and nothing usually comes of it. It's not as if you're posting under your real name here.
