you would have to ask her to find out if she'd allow CBJ - not all of us can handle the taste of a condom (I know I can't stand sucking on latex - yuck!).

As for CIM -  you can inquire if she would let you CIM and she can spit in a tissue if she is opposed to swallowing.

Logically speaking, I would say why not ?  If a provider is performing a CBJ, then she should have no issues with CIM as it's not really CIM in its proper sense.
