Hmmmmmm   What IS the 5-0?

By not being stupid.  I assume you meant to avoid 5-0...you might want edit your post.  Minimizing risk is relatively simple.  See ladies that have many reviews, and when in doubt, PM her reviewers.  Stay away from CL...that's where LE goes to pick the low hanging fruit...

5-0 is the same as LE.  But it's more commonly used in the gang community, like the term LE is used in the hobby community.

Do girls that are not legit make themselves available for outcall. Seems like if they were 5-0 or LE this would add a large risk to them....

Are you asking if LE  poses as escorts that do outcalls?  Yes LE has been known to pose an escort that will do an outcall  and of course it is risky.
