Question...when a new review is posted... why does the information from the first review stay...as in what services are offered, length of service, ammount...etc.?

Also is there anyway to have my phone number removed? I prefer not to deal directly on the phone as first contact. I already had a voicemail fromsomeone who did not leave his number!!

First review sets profile.  Subsequent reviews do not update it, that's just the way it works here.  To change your profile, you just fill out a problem report and tell Admin what you want changed or deleted.

SweetCherry we all have asked that question. Why does the profile not update...etc.
Only the TER admin know for sure.
If you want your phone # removed from the profile you'll have to contact TER. "Contact Us" or file a "Problem Report". You'll find the Problem Report button at the top (slightly right) of your profile page. Big black rectangle.

I am 36 yrs young....but that is just my body age... not my spirit age...LOL

...respond to a problem report pointing out the discrepancy. Sometimes it's not so easy and you have to give them enough proof as in my example above re: the breast implants.

Don't think they will do it, IMHO.  Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I have NO complaints about TER and their response time. Anytime I contact them or have a question they get back to me within reasonable amount of time.

They have deleted my phone number which was my main concern. And the moderators of the boards have been great as well.

The more time I spend here the more I enjoy it and the people on it!!
