I am pretty new to this hobby. There are two providers in L.A. that have high ranks mostly from 8-10s for performance. One is very popular and other one is almost as popular but doesn't do this nearly as often. However I have experienced twice each with these two providers where I spoke to her on the first call but she doesn't answer the phone nor call you back on the second call for the address to meet. When I call the first time it was simple, no long conversation to get some connection or anything but merely ask if you are available at this time. She would give you a time and that was that. You would think great. Then she would tell you to either call you back before the hour of your supposed appointment or just call back tomorrow that is if you called the day before of your appointment. Then when you call they don't answer nor call you back! I would guess hey they are very busy with other customers so that's why she wouldn't pick up but wouldn't she at least pickup or call you back sometime in between to give you directions? Then I think maybe on the first she was screening me. Maybe it's a repore thing and not necessarily who just calls and gets an appointments. In other words she would give you a time but it is lie. If you don't saying that'll make her feel hmm..he seems cool, then she'll just wait till someone else if she has good repore that person.. I don't know. Am I making too much of this theory but hell I would think I just saved some money so I guess there is a reason to just save.
You may give off bad vibes during the call that causes the lady to not want to see you. You may also be of an ethnic group that she will not see and she does not have the straightforwardness to tell you that and not waste your time. You also could simply have the misfortune of having chosen two ladies that are disorganized, bad business women. In that case, meeting them may be more a matter of luck than planning. I suggest moving on, there are many good choices in LA that would agree to meet you and make the appointment.
... I'm sure she has every intention of seeing you. If she wasn't comfortable seeing you, there would be no reason for her to accept the appointment. It's not like you're trying to pick her up, and she's giving you a fake phone number to get rid of you!
Providers are people too, and sometimes things come up that they can't avoid. Of course, like with any group, some of them are inconsiderate and will blow you off (not in a good way) when a better offer comes along and won't bother to let you know. No shows aren't that common among popular LA providers, but it does happen. I haven't had it happen to me, but if it did, I would try to give her the benefit of the doubt.
After reading your post and glancing over a couple of your reviews, I get the feeling that English isn't your primary language. Maybe there was some miscommunication with one or more of the calls.

Believe me, there is no miscommunication whatsoever. And don't have an accent. Yes, when I type I think faster than I type. I reread my post and there are some words missing. And like I said on the first call it was simple in getting the appointment. I asked for a certain time and she would say no that wouldn't work then we eventually agreed on a time and ended it right there. Can't be anymore simpler than that.. I agree however that they are probably disorganized and not bothering to apologize or call you back. Thinking back that's probably the type these two are. But then again I don't know for sure right? Anyways, I wouldn't call these girls anymore. Once is enough for me for wasting my time. Is this clear enough in english?
I'm a total newbie to the hobby and still haven't had my first visit. I don't get a lot of opportunities (the missus has to be out of town). I finally was ready to pull the trigger a couple of months ago and had a nearly identical experience. As one who is easily dissuaded by women, I got frustrated and gave up. I wonder if it was bad vibes, as one poster suggested, being a total newbie and all - and rather a dork as well.
I've got another opportunity right now, and I've done a lot of research on TER. There are 3 or 4 ladies on my short list - hoping something can happen! Wish me luck...
