Some places charge $50-$60 per hour for massage.  I have had enough girls from these places be clear that they would like a $40 tip for a basic happy ending.

Some place charge $90 for the hour.  It is generally true that these offer more service?  And knowing that you already paid more, what is the proper tip amount.  The last time I went, I received evrything and I gave the girl and extra $80.
