No, it's not.  She is not going to show you her ID and risk compromising her anonymity and security. If a girl looks so young that you are worried about this I would suggest you simply pass on her.

Ask her for ID. She can cover name & address to show photo and birthdate.

I disagree...I have asked to see provider ID twice and they consented happily both times.  It's actually pretty easy, one held it with a thumb over the name/address so I could still see the picture and DOB and the other just handed it to me.

No body wants to get busted for solicitation, but in most places its little more than a traffic ticket...get busted for statutory rape...and you are likely going to jail for a very long time...and you have to register as a sex offender.  No thanks.

This provider had a few reviews before I saw her and I knew the agency would not be hiring underage girls. She looked 18, but I asked to see for myself. At the time she was actually 20.

Now, if you have doubts and the provider is not well reviewed, you should walk. The consequences can be very bad and it's not worth the risk.
 
I would not expect many providers will show you ID but hey, if they are young some will.

giving a young girl alcohol if she is not of legal drinking age.  If she would get stopped after seeing you in your hotel room, you could get in big trouble multiple ways.

Dude if she looks that young in her ad's and have no reviews, I'd pass on her.  If its LE you're worried then you.

Tell her up front you want to verify that she's at least 18. Most take it as a compliment.

Solicitation will get you a ticket & 17 will get you twenty. When in doubt ask them to whip it out.

Get youself prescreened as it works both ways in one of the screening services. P411 or datecheck. I like P411 They have to be screened too.
