Questions about massage parlors & modeling studios

I'm a new hobbyist.  When a massage parlor advertises "Flat Fee", "Flat Fee + Tip", or "$XX Amount for 1 Hr + Tip" what does this generally mean?  I'm confused about the "+ Tip" part.  Is the "Tip" amount negotiated with the lady once inside the room?  How does one negotiate without being overt about sexual services?

Also, can someone please explain to me what a "modeling studio" is?  What services might be found at this type of establishment?  Thanks in advance.

my take is basically they're saying they give you one price & then expect more.  If this is different from an up-sell, I'd like to know how.

come on in and select the lady of your choice.  You pay for the room ($40 or $50 for usually a sofa of some sort).  When the lady returns she checks the amount of the tip, that decides what service you will receive.  Level of service can range all the way to FS.  Usually minimal or no kissing but lots of touching, groping, etc. on the say to 1 cup.

There used to be a lot of these places in Tampa but LE has closed them down.

in that no touching was allowed.  At best you were allowed to jerk yourself off.

I think they are all gone because people got sick of them.

Regarding massage:  If no reviews, ask if the massage (or body rub) provides "stress relief"  or if there is a "happy ending".  That should tip you off to what to expect.

Whenever the term  "plus tip" is offered, you know that you have to negotiate, but at least you are forewarned.
