Is it allowed to write a post and include a link to a provider's website at the end of the post?

Thanks,

Jeff

It will usually not fly, because it comes off as an ad on her behalf.  I say usually, because there are some examples that do work, such as (on a regional board) asking if anyone knows about provider x, with a link to identify her.

Hope that helps.

. . . My idea was to go to the GD Board and perhaps start a thread about which providers had great websites.  Like everyone else, I'm sure, I have a favorite one (or two), so I thought I'd name them and put a link to them.  But then I thought I'd better ask.

The idea was to start a positive thread to counteract some of the negative bs on the GD Board, but I've since re-thought it.  Never happen.  Hafta hose the whole bunch of 'em down with liquid Prozac or somthin' :)
