The slang would be to call it "Russian" . Like all menu items YMMV some may be down with it some not . But none should give you trouble for asking about it during a session . Just remember to ask during a session not before ! Search reviews of providers close to you and if your a member of P411 they may have it listed as menu item . Hope you find what your looking for .
