If you are new to the business why wouldn't you want people to post reviews?  I am very hesitant to see a girl without at least a few reviews and I know most guys feel the same.  Just seems if you want to be successful in this line of work it seems like a necessary part of the game.

Also if you asked a client not to post a review and they did anyway would you see that client again?

If the lady has right connections she can have successful business even w/o reviews.

There is lot of business that goes on which is off the grid (the grid means Internet in this case). I have seen a few ladies that were very much UTR and I got to know them based on my connections in the hobby world.. (good relations with other guys and gals who recommended me to see some gals). Typically, I wouldn't see anyone w/o reviews either, but because of good recommendations, I took the plunge.

I understand some girls want to stay UTR so they have a "no review policy" but I have seen some cases that even when they have that type of policy, reviews are still posted on them and later they are removed. I guess if she asked the client not to post the review and he did anyway, it creates a bit of mistrust and perhaps she wouldn't be too happy to see him again specially for the UTR reasons she may have. We would need to analyze more in depth the reasons behind him posting the review (maybe the client wants to warn others about safety,  bait and switch, upselling,and other very relevant issues).
But like you stated on your post, you do need reviews in order to legitimize yourself as a provider and to let others know that the time spent with you is safe and according to what you state in your advertisment, and I find it that is like everything else in life, we acquire things or contract services that we know are good , reputable and that others can vouch for.

Ladies get in this line of work for all sorts of reasons. Some may only want 1-2 appts per month. Thats all their schedule can handle and they are fine with that. I see a lady now that doesnt do any advertising as she is utr. She doesnt want all the hassle of it as she runs her full time day biz 60-70 hours a week so she sees a few guys a month for the fun, thrill, pocket change, get out of the house mentality and to be adored. She also doesnt like the graphic nature of the reviews. Fine with me.

If the lady delivered as advertised and asked for no review - you should not post any.

Like Bluepillman said, some of us prefer to limit new reviews due to "real life" reasons.

OTOH, if she had a double wide ass and her photos showed a spiinner, you were upsold, or worse...write the review!
