During the holiday season (for instance) several providers offer a discount on their rates. When filling out the review checklist, when it comes to the questions "how long" and "amount paid," I assume that the proper thing to do is to enter the providers usual rate for the length of time you saw her, not the discounted rate she offered for the holiday period or any "extra half hour" offer of a similar nature. Is this assumption correct?

The only place that TER allows you to input the rate is in the Cost of Service, but that's not shown to anyone including VIPs.  

Therefore, you can input any amount you want, it won't make any difference because us hobbyists have to follow whatever rates that are posted by the provider either in her ad or on her website.  

It's openly posted on her website as a holiday or themed event rate.
If it was privately offered to you then don't write about it else others will demand the same experience, and she may never provide the same consideration for you again.

Put simply: private offers are to be kept private. Open offers can be openly reviewed and discussed.
