She might need it if she screens by contacting where you work.  Might be hard to verify your employment with just a first name.  Just a thought.  Personally, I have no problem with a provider knowing my last name.

You are going to get nowhere in the hobby if you are not willing to give your real first and last name as well as other screening info.  Providers WILL ask for ID when you arrive for your appointment as well.

If your a first timer then your going to have to give out your last name and information. Once you have a reference/s then maybe you have some options but as others here have said you have to get with the reference program or your selection will be slim and lacking in any reliabilty and quality (ie CL girls who are a step above a steet walker).

You can trust that 99.9% of the time the information will be used to only make sure your safe for the girl to see.
