Maybe a little more expensive here in the US versas London. $1000 seems to be about the going rate in London for any number of absolutely beautiful women including Carrie. However in the US the rates seem to range from generally $1200 (for 8-10 hours) to $2500-3000 depending on the girl. Most independents are available for $1500-2000. Multiple days are generally going to cost less if you can afford it.
My overnight rate is just under 4 times my hourly rate. It used to be a lot higher but I really enjoy doing overnights and lowered the price and now get lots more bookings. I'm entirely happy with the fee I charge now and that's the most important thing.
