After you post for a while, and show that you can follow the posting guidelines, you can ask to be unmoderated and your posts will go up instantly (except for random moderation, in which some of your posts are randomly chosen to be moderated even though you are an unmoderated member.)

which means your posts must be approved before they make it onto the board.  You need to post often, esp on your regional board, so you can demonstrate to admin that you can follow the posting guidelines.  If you do that, after a month or so, use the contact us button and ask to be unmoderated.  It's nothing personal for you, all new members have to go thru it.

Even if one strictly adheres to ALL the "Terms of Service" and protocols for the discussion boards they can easily find themselves "moderated" for simply posting an opinion or "TRUTH" that is embarrassing or contrary to TER Corporate opinion, or TER member(s) enjoying Corporate's 'protection'.
