If you choose a gal with several (6+?) good reviews, and each reviewer himself has posted several (ditto) reviews, then the problem of fake reviews diminishes to a mathematical certainty.

You can also do stuff like a photo and phone number search to see if she is genuine, though that more often brings out fakes rather that LE, but that is a good thing to avoid also.

Since you are brand new, I would highly advise against TOFTT (Taking one for the team), which means seeing someone who has no reviews or anyone reputable vouching for her.  

That being said this is still a risky business, and there have been instances of busted women working with LE to bust Johns.  The only thing that is 100% risk free, as far as LE goes, is not seeing anyone at all or hobbying only where its legal (Nevada Brothels or outside US)

I would say that if you get to the part of exchanging money and the clothes are off, and you aren't wearing handcuffs, then you're in the clear.
