newbie question:

If a provider I want to see only does outcalls, what is the best method to arrange a hotel for myself.
ie. how to book a reservation (credit card, etc), how to confirm w/ her that she will actually be there, etc.

I'm definitely not comfortable with renting a room.  So, I either simply find another lady (i'm easy to please), or contact her and simply say "i'd love to meet you but don't have a place."  Sometimes, depending on her situation, she may make an exception.

In my opinion, having a provider come to you gives you more control over avoiding a messy situation. Renting a room is not illegal or something one has to explain to LE. What one has to be concern with is what happens once the provider arrives. First, there should be an explicit understanding as to what her "donations" are for the time requested. Second, there should never be any mention of sex or money once she arrives. Third, have the envelpoe in plain view, but never make mention of it. Both should know that each has to assure the other he/she is not LE. Type of initial greeting helps - touching intimate parts  when hugging/lite peck on cheek goes a long way.  Exposure or touching intimate parts is even better. If she never shows any interest in checking out the envelope before getting comfortable shows class on her part. Once she feels her "date" is not LE ( i.e. getting comfortable), she should immediately do the same. An incall first visit puts the man at a big disadvantage, not just with possible LE problems, but also increases the possibility of getting ripped-off. each first time is always an adventure, particularly if there are not several reviews on her.
