If I were looking for a girl I'd assume it meant no bare anything at all but I'd also check her reviews. It might also just mean no bare front or azzsekz.

Okay, I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I wanna be positive, 'cause I'm seeing it in several Ads.  Is "bare" simply short for bareback anything and everything?  Are the providers writing "NO BARE, SO DON'T ASK!", and, "No Bare Encounters", saying that they will not do any bareback blowjobs, bareback fucking, or bareback anal?  

I looked up "bare" in the urbandictionary and the only definition they had for "bare" that was related to sex was that it is short for bareback anal.  I was surprised it defined it that narrowly.  It didn't mention bbbjs or bareback fucking.

What are these girls trying to say?

I would take it to mean no bareback encounters of any kind .... just like you thought. It also depends on how it was stated in the ad.

Most reputable providers will not engage in such a risky activity- I myself stay away from it (BB FS).  Keep it covered and protected.

But you should be seeing gals with reviews and the reviews will tell you the specifics.

There's no certainty that all gals are using the term to mean the same thing.

because this is not a standard statement.  My guess would be CBJ, CFS.  I'd verifiy my guess by reading her reviews.
