It's tough to say, though in my experience the providers that actually make a pricing distinction between GFE and PSE do so because they allow you to bring a camera to the PSE session.  In this case, GFE probably refers to the generally-accepted suite of 'girlfriend' services which include DATY, BBBJ and FK of some kind.

Depends upon the PSE or GFE that you engage. PSE means Porn Star Experience. Essentially a PSE does the type of things that one sees in porn movies. A real GFE is an everyday woman that is dynamite at sexually pleasing a man. I prefer hot, good looking GFEs because I can do without fake moaning.

If a provider offers PSE like what is in porn movies, other than the fake acting, could one assume that "uncovered", "greek" and possibly video taping be part of PSE? i.e. depending on the provider. Or am I way off base in my thinking?

Greek and Asian (rim job) are often on the menu. Toys also can be part of a true PSE.

You are most likely off base regarding the uncovered, unless you exchange AIM test results at the start of the session.  Greek isn't unlikely.  Filming will be allowed sometimes, but that's usually based on comfort with you.
