I'm running into a strange problem submitting a review I've never seen before. There is an asterisk implying a must supply on "provider's email address." She doesn't use one; never has. So if I leave it blank or put none it bounces me, labels it in red, and crazily says asterisk doesn't need a response and won't let me submit.
What's going on? I never had that problem before. They either have email addresses or they don't. An increasing number of providers and agencies respond fast to text lately.
I suggest you use the 'contact us' button, and tell admin about the problem you're having. I've seen lots of profiles with no email address on them, so I have no idea what the trouble is.

blank and put none in it. I've submitted 15 reviews, the last one was over 3 mo. ago so they didn't accept it, but I haven't had any trouble with the other 14 and I don't know what's spooking this one in the email box and it's Sunday so TER is not responding.
F/U: I had left the box for transsexual or not blank (missed it) but it threw me because it also red lined the email box. Once I marked it, it let me submit. Thanks for everyone's input. Must be a glitch in the software--I won't make the same mistake next time.

Are you confusing the 2? There must be some means of contact, either a phone or email.
