This is a provider who has reviews, and has contacted TER to claim them as hers.  The link takes you directly to her profile.  It also means that she can send and receive mail via TER.

Unfortunately, there are many gals who haven't got this message, or choose not to take advantage of the offer, so you have to rely on her posting an acceptable link to find out more.  And, of course if she posts using an alias, you know nothing!
