I don't think there is such a thing....

But it's not such a bad idea.  You might want to consider posting this on the Suggestion Board.

Provider's "My Favs" List?

Did a search and nothing came up.
Do the ladies have a "My Favorites" list too? If they do, does it send an update when someone on their list posts a new review? Thanks.
