Can a hobbist be busted just for having his name on a providers list of clients past or current? Hedi Fliess comes to mind. Cash only?

anything but bad publicity. I have never known a client to face charges unless he was participating with an undercover female cop. Or possibly with a provider who is under 21 years of age.

(*I might have missed someone*) BUT the usually danger is merely bad publicity. Clients are usually questioned but the intent is to help charge the provider.

I'm sure any good defense attorney would be happy to represent a case in which your name on a list was the only evidence.....
