How do I send a provider an email within the TER site?  I clicked on her email link in her review section sent the message but the message appeared in my Outlook "Sent Items" which means it went out with my real email address instead of within the TER website email system.  
Can VIP members not email Providers through the TER website system or am I doing something wrong?

I think both the provider and you have to be vip members to send it within the ter website.  A lot of providers are not also vip members.

TER has no email option. You can send internal email to ladies if they are members. However unless you ask her, there is no way to tell if she is a member or not.

Go into her profile page, and look to see if she has a personal email address listed.
