When I Googled the numbers, it appears several other well-reviewed providers use these same contact numbers. Are there any red flags here or do girls really use assistants?

And some even use the same one. Out of state numbers are not necessarily a red flag. If someone moves to a different state, they often keep the old number to avoid having to inform everyone of their new number. What puzzles me is, why would they give you 2 numbers to call the morning of your date?
