If the reviewers have  a lot experience, meaning they've written a lot of reviews, than you should be good to go. However, to be on the safe side, you might want to see an escort with more than one or two reviews. How many? Tough to say, 5 or 6 might do the trick.  As far as LE, building escort websites, I'm not aware, but I'm guessing it's happen somewhere.  If you stay with well reviewed escorts, who have there own web sites, have email addresses and screen their clients, and don't see guys 15 minutes after the phone call, well that's about all you can do to avoid LE..  Remember nothing is 100% safe that will keep you away from LE. If she only has a couple of reviews, pass unless the reviewers have plenty of reviews.  If her reviews are from fairly new guys, be wary.  LE can do what ever they want, but I do not think they will go that length of setting up a website to get a misdemeanor bust, it's not really cost effective.
It's easier to put an ad on bp or somewhere else, and lure guys to a motel room, and much cheaper.

Check the other reviews of the people who reviewed her. Do they have lots of reviews (lots being subjective)? Does the review they wrote appear similar in style to others they have written (I usually check other recent reviews with similar ratings). Regardless, the writing style and verbiage should be consistent. Of the ladies reviewed, do you recognize any of them, and do they have reviews bu others here that have lots of history (which means less than BeefEater500 - LOL).

LE can easily create a web site, but I think that is unlikely. First they start with the street walking prostitutes. These are high visibility crime areas that tax payers complain about, and they're easy to setup and arrest lots of girls and clients. Next are the Craig's List (now Backpage) ads.

Backpage is the most likely place for LE to place an ad as there will be lots of traffic and it is free or cheap. Once backpage is gone they'll focus on Eros or CityVibe.

Usually LE is more concerned about the associated crimes that accompany prostitution than the actual prostitution itself. Assault, robbery, etc.

on the hobbyist's level of experience.  Newbies should always rely on a minimum of 4 reviews from established reviewers.  You can also send a PM to a reviwer to get more info.  

An experienced hobbyist may rely on less reviews if the review(s) are from established reviewers that he knows.

I've never heard of LE using phony sites to catch hobbyists, but then again I don't know what's going on in all parts of the country! I would listed to what HiddenHills said. Those are words of wisdom. Stick with well reviewed ladies and remember to always be careful - this hobby is risky, but you can minmize risks by sticking with well reviewed ladies. Good luck!

If you go to see a provider with just a couple of reviews from newbies, you really have no idea at all who you will be seeing and what you will be getting. Sure, it could be a LE sting, but it is much more likely that it will be a provider sting, and you pays your money and gets... something quite other than what you expected and wanted.

I have been lucky that on avoiding that so far, and I know picking ladies with a good track record of satisfied customers is why.
