provider safety and refernces

i recently saw a provider.  she has a website and blog.  she required references, but now when i ask for a reference she claims that she does not give references.  she does not want her competition to know what she is doing.

providers rely on references for their safety.  why does this provider expect references, but not give them? is there some way to blacklist her?

she is bad for both providers and hobbyists.  the experience itself was horrible and now the further insult of not being able to get a reference

so that others can avoid the same situation?

Especially if she doesn't feel the appointment went well. All you can do is write an honest and thorough review and mention it at the end that she also refused to give you a reference and on what grounds. Why would you ask her for one anyways? She'll probably say it sucked too.

Personally, I've never had to refuse a legitimate reference request. (there was some confusion in my area at first because someone else was using a similar name)

didn't enjoy?  As previously mentioned, it's possible she didn't enjoy the encounter either.  There are many providers that do not give references for whatever the reason.  Write the review and move on.

she is not listed on ter.  i joined because of this experience.

she complained about how her boyfriend had left her from the moment she arrived.  she was going to leave the profession for him etc., etc.

i spent the first 20 minutes assuring her that she was a beautiful woman and that she would meet someone else.  i felt bad for her, genuinely bad for her.

she promised a very particular experience that she had listed on her blog and then became extremely shy.  i just dread the thought of constantly giving out my personal information to build new references.

i honestly felt bad for her and did everything i could.  i listened to her story and tried my best to help her.  this is why i am surprised and find it unprofessional to not provide a reference.

can i post a review oor create a review for her even though she is not on ter?  she has a professional website and a great blog, but no ter page.

she isn't listed on TER means that you will be the first one to review her and set her profile.  Since this will be your first review it might take some time to get it approved but don't let that stop you from doing what's right.

The link will explain more.

thank you.  i felt horrible about her situation, but it was an insult not to provide a simple reference to someone in another city in another country.  it is about the other providers safety.
