I am brand new to this service.  How do I get an appointment with a service since I do not have a provider reference.  Does anyone have any suggestions or advice.
Thank you
LN

A lot of providers do not require references, but they do ask for some screening information to make sure you're not an ax murderer. It may take a while since you're new, but be patient.

try to go with a reputable well-reviewed indy in your area. then ask her if you can use her for a ref. every indy/agency is diff and 1 visit may not be enough for them to vouch for you. hope that helps and best of luck

By "service" do you mean an agency or an independent lady?

If agency, I have no idea how they work. ;) If you mean an independent lady, if you do not have references, *some* will verify you are a real, live person by requesting other information about you, such as name, age, and employment. Others may request you join a verification site like preferred411.com or Date-Check.com. Some may want both, or have a different tactic altogether. There's a lot of variation, and it comes down to finding someone you're comfortable seeing who is also comfortable seeing you. As a newbie, you're an unknown and therefore pose greater risk, and many ladies won't consider that risk worthwhile.

As said above, be patient. In the meantime, do a LOT of research about how to make first contact and introduce yourself, how to find quality providers, and what to expect during your first time. Reading this board, the newbie manual linked at the top of the forum, and asking questions is a great start. :)

You can join a verification site or giver her your personal inf.  Otherwise, look for providers that are newbie friendly.
